John Meyer

John grew up in the Clover section of Alexandria. He attended St. Stephens and T.C. Williams. After graduating from college in North Carolina he returned to Alexandria. John comes from a long line of Realtors. His father was a Realtor in Old Town in the 1970's and his sister was an Alexandria Realtor in the 1980's and 90's. He received his real estate license in 1990 and is a member of the 30 Million Dollar + Sales club and Lifetime Residential Top Producer Club. He is ranked in the top 1% of all Realtors in sales nationally. In 1998 he went back to school and earned his Real Estate Broker's license. He has been a long term resident of Parkfairfax. He believes the location and beauty of Parkfairfax will make Parkfairfax a wonderful investment and place to live.

John Welch

John has been a District, Arlington and Alexandria resident. He is a native of Georgia and attended Emory University at Oxford and graduated from the University of Georgia with a Masters degree. John holds advanced real estate certifications: Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), (ePro-500) among the 1st 500 in the nation to earn this technological designation; and in Jan. 2001 John passed the national exam to become an Associate Broker, the highest education level a Realtor can attain. He has been awarded membership for high sales in the RE/MAX Platinum Club, one of the highest levels attainable. John is proof that real estate is genetic, his family has been in Real Estate for four generations. John likes to invest in Real Estate as does his family. John owns investment properties in Alexandria, Arlington and outside Atlanta, GA. He has invested in high and low markets. David Lausier

David is from the state of Maine, but has called the Washington area his home since 1978. David moved to Washington after graduating with a marketing degree from the University of Vermont and has held management and executive positions in all the Washington landmark retailers. David gained additional experience as a marketing specialist for the Mills Corporation. He feels that the high levels and customer service and attention to consumer needs he has applied in retail and development is an excellent fit with the standard of excellence provided by our team. David is an Associate Broker and a member of the exclusive 100 % Club with Remax International, an award given as the result of high sales and exemplary service. As an accrediated Buyer's Represenative licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia. Carter Hagen

Carter is an Arlington Resident and the newest team member of The JOHNandJOHN Team. He is a graduate of The University of Virginia. Carter worked in the Human Relations Department of a major corporation for over 2 decades and brings years of negotiating experience and expertise to the team. Carter has been a licensed realtor for more than 9 years and is a current home owner as well as a Real Estate investor and welcomes your questions and your business to the team. Carter is VERY familiar with Parkfairfax and has known resident/owners for years.
